Return Eligibility

You can return items within 7 days of receiving them if:

• The product is unused and in its original condition.
• The tags are intact, and the item is in its original packaging.

Return Process

• We will provide a return shipping label or coordinate a pickup.
• Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process the refund.

Refund Method

• Online Payment: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds for COD orders will be processed through bank transfer once we have your bank details.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as customized or personalized products, are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.
